Can anyone recommend a particular company in the South West ( Cornwall) for maintenance, servicing/repair of anaesthetic and dental machines, autoclaves etc. ? We have traditionally used Burtons but are less than impressed with their latest

Re: Maintenance of equipment
We used Southwest Medical last year. We were very happy with them & intend to continue using them.

+1 and they contribute to a very useful on-line medical equipment forum which is a mine of useful tips and tricks but I've forgotten the address....

pretty sure this is it..

I think they will do everything including RPA if needed.

No website, but the phone number is the one I was given elsewhere.
Too true!

We use proact medical for autoclave and anaesthetic machines, Roots for dental machine and CelticSMR for xray generator
X-rays - Photon. This one is perhaps a bit of a mixed offering, not as happy with them as I was!!!
Very thorough but they service our ADE system at the same time. Pretty sure they cover the whole country but presumably try to group visits!

Excell Healthcare for the autoclave but that is with an annual agreement that gives two service visits a year plus breakdowns etc.

Use a brilliant local dental company. They deal primarily with human dentists.
