+1 and they contribute to a very useful on-line medical equipment forum which is a mine of useful tips and tricks but I've forgotten the address....

Promets come highly recommended, but I haven't used them myself (yet). I think they will do everything including RPA if needed.

Too true!

We use proact medical for autoclave and anaesthetic machines, Roots for dental machine and CelticSMR for xray generator

We use Mediquip for the anaesthetic side of things. Very thorough but they service our ADE system at the same time. Pretty sure they cover the whole country but presumably try to group visits!

Excell Healthcare for the autoclave but that is with an annual agreement that gives two service visits a year plus breakdowns etc.

Use a brilliant local dental company. They deal primarily with human dentists.

X-rays - Photon. This one is perhaps a bit of a mixed offering, not as happy with them as I was!!!

Would be nice to have one company to do the lot but I struggle to see how one engineer can be that good at everything.
