&lt;p&gt;We are starting to see a few clients showing reluctance to go for more advanced treatments (esp including MRI) on the grounds that they still have to find hundreds of pounds. &lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve just insured my new Labrador puppy with them - &amp;pound;26 per month for &amp;pound;7k lifetime cover. Can&amp;#39;t be sniffed at.&lt;/p&gt;
