Normally I vote for my mates/people I know vaguely/heard of before/nominated by someone I know in that order but this year I selected the youngest (surprised by how young some are) in the hope it will be out with the old wood and bring in some fresh ideas and energy. Here&amp;#39;s hoping. &lt;/p&gt;
