I just answered as any other depressed, tired, fed up vet would. Unhappy with the direction the profession is going and just hoping I will have an income up to my eventual retirement.

Thankfully no do you feel suicidal never, rarely, sometimes, often or all the time? (please note I am joking - life is brilliant because the whole family have bu**ered off on holiday for three weeks and home is a peaceful paradise!)

I've tried twice but both times lost the will to live before I got to this question so maybe I will never know what other gems are in it.

I wondered whether it had been produced because a large number of us gave the wrong answer to the last request for information that they sent out…..but perhaps I'm just getting cynical in my old age

As for the survey I wanted there to be an option for "bugger off and mind your own business" but I picked "often" instead
