we do our own but recently i have been looking at online "self service" products for HR which can you can also use for h&s compliance (eg making sure all staff have read documents, done training etc) . BreatheHR and staffsquared. anyone else using such a product?

I used Peninsula Business Services and they were excellent. They provide all the documentation and have an extremely helpful helpline for H&S and/or for employment law stuff if you need them. Recommended but presumably you'd want to shop around for services vs prices?

We use XACT. Otherwise it wouldn't be done properly. If I follow their advice and have a problem they shoulder some of the responsibility.
