I got stuck on q4 as well. Evelyn, I suppose this survey simply isn't designed with the sole owner/veterinary surgeon in mind.

Q.1 I work as a single vet in private practice but the practice is incorporated. Technically it is a corporate but is worlds away from Vets4Pets etc.

Hi Alison,

I know how hard it is to create a survey and will happily try and complete this one for you. However I can't get past question 1 as wish to use the 'other' box but you have not allowed other ti be an answer so in this compulsory question I would have to select from one of the 3 answers as well. If you can resolve this let me know and I will continue.

Hi Alison,

I think there are 2 issues- In Q4 the questions are quite repetitive- some of them seem to be the same question phrased in a slightly different way. I'm guessing that's to check for consistency of answers?

Also the responses- true/false etc might be better if they were worded-"all of the time, nearly all of the time, some of the time, never" or similar.

Sorry if this comes across at critical but it was difficult to answer and I appreciate you may not be able to make changes.
