Yep, that's why I said it isn't purely communication. An Onswitch course on communication would have a different emphasis from VDS for example.

Not exactly; it's increasing footfall and turnover by providing better communication to clients; so most likely very relevant to you! Also they've been doing market research since forever and there's few people with a better ear to the rail than Alison Lambert!

Second that. He did a webinar on the Webinar Vet last year so if you have access to that it would be worth looking at that.

Brian Faulkner is a pretty good speaker...his colourful consultation stuff is good....so covers a range of stuff including communication in consults etc.

I believe VDS does that kind of stuff. Do ask them ;-)
