We use the VetIndex ones, a good range of pictures, I actually prefer the non-animal photos, and I much prefer a blank card to write my own message rather than having something printed inside, and some of the poems make me cringe.

We used to use Sarah Brown cards - nice watercolor paw print design, big for dogs, small for cats. She does ones with small furries etc on the front as well

We don't use them that often, but got ours from Vistaprint. You can have them printed with the practice details and have any design you want. We just have some sort of flower. The printed little bit inside with the practice details looks professional, but we do write in them with a pen too

'blank inside' cards from stationers - our current ones are from 'The works'. They are usually flowery - I'm not a fan of the commercial animal ones.

One suggestion for animal orientated cards would be that Petsavers do a range of sympathy cards, which are blank inside. About £5 for a pack of 10 from the BSAVA website. Some of them have line drawings of cats and dogs.

I buy notelets/cards from the stationers with a variety of animal and flower designs, they are very cheap to buy, and I write a short note inside myself. Maybe it's just me but I'm not too keen on the 'pet sympathy cards' available commercially.
