&lt;p&gt;I guess the &amp;#39;licensing&amp;#39; included various software upgrades and licenses too. We had Robovet for a bit but were never that impressed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We have Ezvetpro and have just replaced all the hardware (5 terminals) for a couple of grand total! When these die I suspect we will go for a cloud based system but at the moment the staff would strike if I tried to change!&lt;/p&gt;
