&lt;p&gt;So two things are important.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Keep a max and min thermometer in your car fridge.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And fill the fridge completely with pre-cold stuff. The vaccines and meds, but fill the empty space with cold stuff like cold drinks (Michael&amp;#39;s red bull ) or cold packs. Check with your min-max thermometer what works best.&lt;/p&gt;
