I don&amp;#39;t really enjoy issuing pet passports and I find exports very stressful. I hope this becomes mandatory so I can choose not to do it and go on holidays instead... I once had to send a dog to Japan and the lady (who didn&amp;#39;t speak English very well) insisted I had to sign her Japanese papers while DEFRA kept telling me that I wasn&amp;#39;t authorised to do so. &lt;p&gt;I know many farm or mixed&amp;nbsp;practices especially in the north of the country that make a small loss on their TB work.&amp;nbsp; The only reason they do it is because it gets them on farm and able to discuss other work.&lt;/p&gt;
