&lt;p&gt;No, Arnica 1M is NOT a herbal medicine. 1M means a homeopathic dilution to 1000C, which is, er, right off the scale in terms of homeopathic strength.&amp;nbsp; It&amp;#39;s more dilute than 10&lt;sup&gt;-400&lt;/sup&gt;. I&amp;#39;m afraid my maths isn&amp;#39;t up to the calculation, but it is MUCH more dilute than 10&lt;sup&gt;-400&lt;/sup&gt;. To give you a reference point, a dilution of 30C is only 10&lt;sup&gt;-60&lt;/sup&gt;, and to ingest a single molecule of the active in that you&amp;#39;d have to &lt;a  target='_blank'  target="_blank" href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eN6U6cpGzss"&gt;consume all the atoms in the solar system&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
