Is it legal for anyone to chip animals? &lt;p&gt;This at least is nothing particularly new; people have been trying to use SA chipping as a money spinner for years. &lt;p&gt;In horses it is an act of veterinary surgery as placed in nuchal ligament. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Went to a game fair recently and &amp;pound;6 per chip implanted, 2 dogs for a tenner.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
