Both games were fantastic, the Lions tour in general was fascinating entertainment and Murray was just superb yesterday.&amp;nbsp;Indeed the whole Wimbledon tournament was very enjoyable this year. I often find the early rounds a bit predictable - it was also good to see some lesser players making headlines. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Inspiring to see&amp;nbsp;British sport in such good shape at the moment, been a&amp;nbsp;great&amp;nbsp;few&amp;nbsp;weeks&amp;nbsp;with the Lions, Murray and Justin Rose all getting big wins. Was worried after last summer, we might have a bit of hangover this year. Still, it gives the sprinters a chance to shine. The other British victories (apart from the golf) was the triathlon from Kitzbuhel. On BBC at the weekend, the cycle was uphill and got upto a 24% gradient in the last kilometre. The run was more of the same. It looked brutal but British wins in the mens and womens race. &lt;p&gt;Well I enjoyed both yesterday!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I did a 200 Km&amp;nbsp;cycle ride, without any pharmacological support, then arrived home in time to sit outdoors in my Lycra&amp;nbsp;enjoying the sunshine with an ice cold beer and watching the end of the tennis. It was a great game and a fantastic achievement. &lt;/p&gt;
