&lt;p&gt;Otherwise supportive treatments - high quality protein diet, EFA&amp;#39;s, topical moisturisers and treatment of any infections. I&amp;#39;ve seen IV infusion of amino acids suggested as a treatment but have no experience of this.&lt;/p&gt;
