You have been open long enough for them to want to make sure you are doing things adequately!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Who did the health and safety visit? The HSE usually only visit if there has been a complaint. If it was a health and safety consultant get ready for a lot of paperwork!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are still waiting for our VMD visit but you should not need RCVS and VMD?&lt;/p&gt;
