We&#39;re unsure what they are - brown rats? Appear too big to be mice. Saw a white transit van pull up at dusk, so he watched through binoculars.&nbsp; Chap in RSPCA uniform got out and lifted six (as far as I recall) cages out of the van and released six foxes. </p> <p>Over the next two nights he lamped and shot six foxes. A couple of the females had clipped bellies and stitches.
