&lt;p&gt;But they aren&amp;#39;t &amp;quot;blatantly directing them&amp;quot;, they include vets on the list of outlets. &amp;nbsp;Why&amp;nbsp;should we be the only outlet they advise, when the product is OTC and available elsewhere? &amp;nbsp;We don&amp;#39;t need to control the supply of every product we&amp;nbsp;recommend, particularly OTC&amp;#39;s.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We used to run both Adaptil and Feliway&amp;nbsp;diffusers in the consulting and waiting rooms all the time. We stopped a couple of years ago and I have to say I have not noticed any changes in behaviour.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We sell a small amount which is probably why we get little attention from CEVA. The bulk of the sales of these products are going to be on-line and there is nothing we can do about the situation. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Make your recommendations based on whether you believe in products. I am not convinced these work that well so mention them but don&amp;#39;t push them hard.&lt;/p&gt;
