All season the papers have been rhapsodising about how well Nicky Henderson's horses are doing and the "unfortunate incident" is barely mentioned any more. The vet got reinstated in the end I think but got well dragged over the coals first (fair enough) whereas Henderson got away much more lightly with a short suspension. I suppose suspending him for a whole season might have effectively wrecked his career, but it does grate to see a cheat get off so lightly. Paul Nicholls for champion trainer!!!
