I don't think there is any liability for you to declare vouchers given as a reward for competing a survey, it is viewed as gift.

My voucher came thorugh and worked fine too. But the survey was the usual badly written rubbish - ask a silly question, get a silly answer. Just so some company can advertise things along the lines of.. ' we are most liked on facebook', '80% of vets of heard of us'....

Update again: voucher code does not work and according to Amazon it has been 'refunded to the purchaser'. My emails to them are getting more and more cross. I just wanted to broadcast their incompetence on the forum and warn people again.

I did that one - didn't even get a non-activated voucher so count yourself lucky - wish I'd taken the name of the company now!

I can't remember which survey company recently promised me a £10 M&S voucher. The "gift card" arrived but proved worthless as it had not been activated.

slightly off topic, but I will do anything for Amazon vouchers, which pass directly to my wife, do not pass go. I hate however, when you start one earnestly then get selected out after about 5 minutes! too old?too small?not connected to the product? you never know.frustrating if an Amazon hound

ive done 2 of those and both times got my voucher - but did take approx 2-4 weeks to arrive

£60 amazon vouchers - very nice for xmas :)

Likewise no problems here and my £30 is long since spent; I'd guess they made a typo when they took your email address and would suggest giving them a ring

I have done a number of surveys with them and they are usually very good. Sometimes the voucher wont come until the study is complete but worth giving them an email.

They are a genuine company - they are usually pretty good but the same happened to me and they forgot to send the voucher - I emailed vets@kadenceresearch.com and they sent it pretty quickly

Why not tell Amazon that their name is being used, probably without permission? They might send you a voucher as a good will gesture.
