 Had a client last night who was recommended it by groomer/breeder (?) and online, but on looking into it she saw it was banned in the UK and asked me about it. 
 For tear staining, contains Tylosin. &lt;p&gt;Er, yes, but it gets into the gut when the child sniffs it from the nasolacrimal duct; &amp;nbsp;nice continuous very low dose initiation....&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Don&amp;#39;t worry, standard treatment for &amp;quot;sticky eye&amp;quot; in children is chloramphenical.....&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I remember the condemnation when vets were using chloro. for salmonella in pigs; &amp;nbsp;terrible, dreadful, was banned I think etc. etc.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can&amp;#39;t think of a more efficient way to develop nice resistance than real low doses of chloro. continuously!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And not even the inconvenience of a prescription!&lt;/p&gt;
