 I see comments on red stars, and I notice posts with a number of yellow stars but I didn&amp;#39;t find any explanation on what they mean or how this works. One star comes out red. The meaning is like any other of these things... from one (poor) to five (excellent); it&amp;#39;s a way of commenting on the content of the post without actually posting a message. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The comments you keep seeing are there because this site appears to have somebody who randomly awards red stars for posts where it&amp;#39;s clearly not appropriate for some odd reason... even allowing for differences of opinion, it happens too often and too idiotically to be just that. By the time you read the message, others might well have awarded lots of five stars to negate this weirdo. Most just ignore it, some find it mildly entertaining, and a few get upset by it, which may or may not be the point. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you award stars yourself, you&amp;#39;ll be able to see, by hovering your mouse over the ratings, how many people have rated the post.
