I have used it in the past but now can&amp;#39;t find it.

&lt;p&gt;Thanks Gillian. You&amp;#39;ll be glad to know it won&amp;#39;t be ad infinitum - he expressed interest in the Three Peaks Cyclocross race and I was only trying to spare the rest of the forum from something which such a narrow appeal.&lt;/p&gt;
