Unless you go the whole hog and rebuild the wheel with new hub.&amp;nbsp; Surprised the freehub has failed already?? &lt;/p&gt;

I would suggest as well as track cycling, road, bmx, mountain biking that you catch the triathlon cycling section (lots of falls especially in the womens race this year). Then there is youtube for some cyclocross action, Tour de France &amp;amp; the Vuelta starting in Spain soon. Maybe catch a Boris Bike next time you are in London to complete the experience.&lt;/p&gt;

There are a few other tools needed. I am away the next couple of days but I can send you a copy of the instructions on saturday if it helps.
