Keep badgering them and they will come through in the end but expect it to take many phone calls!</p> <p>Not sure how they survive in business but they have been there for a lot of years and despite being a little unconventional they seem to know their stuff!</p> <p>It took four or five calls to get our service exchange vaporiser and active scavenging system!</p> <p>One good side is that on occasions they can be equally slow to invoice!&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
