What will the results be used for? I can't see how they will be any use at all!

Hi there,

The survey is completely subjective and is designed to get a feel of the atitudes towards cat ownership and whether, through personal experience particpants believe that cats are living longer.

I didn't want to be the first person to put a negative comment on here!

What is the point of such surveys? The tools are there to do scientific studies into these kind of questions rather than poorly-thought through, subjective and annoying surveys with the carrot of prizes.

Though I am selfish enough to have completed it and shall be competing with Martin for the prize!

Whatever the results and however small the response you can bet they will use it in a "press release".

I did it and then deleted it since it seems a bit meaningless to me. The questions are too vague, and the answers wholly subjective.

I've completed the survey, but I can't see it being very useful as the questions are generally vague and subjective, eg "Do you think cat owners value their cats more now than before?".

Tried and failed. The list of counties in Q2 is well out of date so I couldn't answer the question, and that stopped me getting past the first page. Maybe they'll update it in the next 15years..
