What Crisis? at the RCVS.

We employ nine vets, ranging from 3 to around 15 years qualified. Over the last couple of days I managed to buttonhole 7 of them, and asked them (roughly) the following questions:-
Are you aware of the governance review at the RCVS?

I assumed that the VSA prescribed what they did and they could be left to get on with it. I voted in the elections because I felt it was right to take part in the democratic process, but I struggled to know who to vote for and probably tended to vote for experienced candidates rather than those who would shake things up.

I now take much more of an interest and have been very interested in the questioning of the candidates.

Re: Crisis?
I'll bet they don't fix any obvious fault in any of their kit either, and you have to do it or they "just send it off"?

Well you know the old adage - if its stuck, force it. If it breaks, we needed a new one anyway.

But no, they'd never "just send it off". They'd get one of the nurses to "just send it off".

Re: Crisis?
