Thanks Martin - We need something for the kennel sheet really for basic obs and drug admin so we can clearly mark what is needed when. I will probably put one together in the long run but just want something we can run with for now. My email is niclawlor@hotmail.com

Depends what you mean by hospital charts. We have 3 seperate charts for anaesthetics, fluids and what we call a kennel chart which is general patient monitoring chart. We make our own up from trial and error and experience - surely there is too much information to go on one universal chart. I can send you copies of ours if you just want some ideas, just message me.

I can send you one of ours, if you want; it's no more perfect than anyone else's but it seems to work... the key is to avoid clutter!! Most hospital - and indeed, any - sheets I've seen in various veterinary practices appear to be written by people who have an aversion to white space!

Joking apart... they really are a lot easier to use if they're kept simple. Actual layout is a personal thing then - whatever works for you
