If you copy and paste a link into the forum whilst using Internet Explorer, it usually converts the text automatically into an active link. If it does not, insert the cursor at the end of your url and hit the space bar, that usually does it.

However, it does NOT make the link open in a new window, which is what you should do, to allow people to look at your link without losing their place in the forum. To make a link open in a new window, select the link with your mouse, click the chain link icon above the text entry box, and under 'target' select 'open link in new window'.

Other browsers do not automatically create an active link from urls pasted into the forum. In this case, copy the address. Paste it into the forum. Click the chain link icon. Paste the address into the box marked 'Link url', and under 'target' select 'open link in new window'.

Long answer. It's actually very quick to do!

Re: Snake blood sample

I think it works if you copy and paste the address onto the address bar

Re: Snake blood sample

Thank-you for that post its made my day

Re: Snake blood sample

You inspired me to try a caudal vein the other day; worked a treat!
