She seems to be in no pain whatsoever, her fore limbs are moving normally. Her back legs and her tail twists to the left as she walks in a straight line, so her hind legs are walking like

Re: 9 month old collie, back legs and tail going to the left as she walks forwards

That was my one!
I am not going to be of much help but may be someone else might remember: I am sure we had a post before about a dog doing pretty much exactly that walk you are describing. If I am not mistaken that was a springer spaniel. I can't remember the outcome nor if the dog had any other symptoms etc. May be worth looking up?

Re: 9 month old collie, back legs and tail going to the left as she walks forwards

Well i think that you must do a complete neurological exam.

I don´t agree with this "profilactic" antibiotic prescription. As an old friend told me: befor give a treatment, you must have a diagnostic...

I also think it's behavioral. I saw a lot of dogs having "crabs walk" when they saw them owners after surgery. But if the dog is acting like this all the time, it is not normal.

My own dog does something very similar to the dog in the video when she sees her best friend on the park - starts as soon as she spots him then stops when they've said hello, so I've put it down to behaviour

Re: 9 month old collie, back legs and tail going to the left as she walks forwards

One of our nurse's dogs does this, I psoted a video of it here before:
