Not insured - is a farm dog and owner isn't known for spending vast amounts of money!

I haven't seen it since it was discharged after the RTA and my colleague (boss!) didn't say there was anything else of note other than the nerve paralysis and head tilt.

Think the idea was just to treat with abs and steroids and wait and see. It's such a shame as it was amazing it survived the RTA in the first place!

Care to elaborate on the 'new condition'?

How's the money situation? Is it insured? I freely admit to being crap at neurology so if they can afford it I refer them. If no money then usually go steroids and clindamycin for a week and see what happens.

Have you done a full neuro exam?

Edit: my money is on a coincidental new condition

Hmmm, possible! Would you not expect such a thing to cause other signs such as nystagmus and not be so specific though? Anything we could do to further diagnose/treat?
