 Don&amp;#39;t think the anniversary should pass without some mention.

MAFF seemed incapable of organising a booze-up in a brewery, and the downright lies were appalling-brought into the country in illegally imported meat-when the original pig farm was using swill from an army camp which was using beef from Botswana, and the strain of FMD was identical to that rife in Botswana at the time&lt;/p&gt;
