&lt;p&gt;Looks like it might be worth finding out exactly which species it is (apparently there are a few species called black marsh turtle) as some are endangered and CITES regulated.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Most are carnivorous, so wouldn&amp;#39;t be expected to eat any veggies.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Nutrobal is no use for dusting in this case. It can be used within a cavity (such as within a pinkie) but this doesn&amp;#39;t sound feasible if the new owner is squeamish.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Without sounding like I&amp;#39;m nagging too much, all reptiles need specialist care and good husbandry. Unless this new owner is putting some effort into ensuring these are correct, which is usually expensive, it may be best passed on to a specialist reptile rescue?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
