I don't know how soluble it is, but experiment and see. If you can dissolve 1g in 3ml then 1.8ml daily etc makes dosing really easy and accurate.

Hi , I used the liquid. Seem to remember it was a sensible dose of a couple of mls, and although smelt very citrussy, was accepted in food by the dog (dachshund) who soldiered on for a couple of years before dying of something unrelated. (using a normal diet as no suitable prescription ones were available at the time)

We have actually got that jar but I then worked out dosage as 0.6 gm or 600 mg twice daily as dog is only 8 kg , and would be difficult to work out such a small dosage accurately . Have seen products on US websites which seem to be added to EFAs and in nice dose . Maybe accuracy isn't too vital with this ?

We have used the powder that comes in 500g jars from Dunlops.

Am aware there are human products . Are they well accepted in your experience ? And did you use the powder or liquid if you can remember ?

Hi there, last time I used this (not in recent years, so may not still be available) I got a human over the counter pharmacy prep used for cystitis.
