I always suggest a biopsy to confirm - I hear of a lot of cases of vets treating with chemo on the basis of a cyto! I think &amp;quot;consistent with&amp;quot; should be taken as likely but biopsy to be sure! If some people want to take a cyto interpretation as gospel then that&amp;#39;s up to you them, but apart from a&amp;nbsp; few exceptions like mast cell tumours and a few others then I would suggest it is always followed up with a biopsy (if feasible) especially if the client is going to shell out &amp;pound;1000&amp;#39;s of pounds on chemo!&lt;/p&gt;
