&lt;p&gt;Not many dogs with atopy will respond to antihistamies anyway so chances are if Piriton doesn&amp;#39;t work nothing will. I use it as an appetite stimulant in cats and there is some sort of manufacturing problem. The chemists don&amp;#39;t have it in either.
