A lot of cats will have Mycoplasma in the respiratory tract, which does not always turn up on culture results. Followed by a long, maybe 6-8 week,&nbsp;course of antibiosis if anything found. You have done endoscopy, so I guess you have already ruled out foreign bodies, grass blades etc.&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
