 7 year old male entire german short haired pointer. 
 Had a cystotomy last year, which recovered well from.

To me the important part is to understand where the blood comes from. You can pop a small endoscope in the urethra or alternatively do a cystocentesis and if the urine is clear then the bleed must come from the stoma.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
