&lt;p&gt;Would not be a first choice of course, but a last or almost last resort, when other options have failed or no longer work, and there are few if any options left on the table.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Agree that would need informed and signed disclaimer style off label consent.&lt;/p&gt;

I know you aren&amp;#39;t a fan of gaba Michael, but I suspect I see a lot more cats than you do, and I do think it works in many cats.
