&lt;p&gt;I think I&amp;#39;d proceed as with a regular tooth, using a fine bur to divide into root units. Then on each unit use fine luxator until mobile enough, then use forceps to rotate until loose enough to pull straight out. But I might change the plan as I went along. f you&amp;#39;re not handy with forceps extraction, go on with the luxator.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If they seem mobile already I suspect they may come very easily once cut up.
