Then on each unit use fine luxator until mobile enough, then use forceps to rotate until loose enough to pull straight out. But I might change the plan as I went along. f you&#39;re not handy with forceps extraction, go on with the luxator.</p> <p>If they seem mobile already I suspect they may come very easily once cut up.
