I think not, for a dog already established on estriol. If i were still in general practice (and I admit I am not, so I'm taking no risk here) I'd go straight to estradiol.

mostly propalin is my 1st choice, so those on incurin are often the ones that propalin hasn't worked for!

Estradiol 8x more potent than estriol so just buy the generic and dose accordingly.

Or enurace. Or propalin.

Not sure enurace is a hormone, more like propalin as an alpha/beta adrenergic agonist. Though have some dogs that haven't responded well to propalin (or the generics) that do better on enurace.
