I've only tried a couple of times with the suprelorin and didn't believe either to be a success, perhaps I didn't give them long enough etc. These were cases that had failed at the previous steps of:

1) propalin

2) incurin

3) propalin and incurin

I continued the propalin and incurin and gave suprelorin as well and no better so moved on:

5) combined colposuspension and urethropexy

My results are not as good as Dick White's. https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/j.1532-950X.2013.12084.x

I find a lot more owners just use nappies etc these days, so haven't operated a case for quite some time. Any tips on favourite non-drug products from anyone who has an incontinent dog?

Yes and it works a treat. I’ve used it a few times in cases which don’t respond to licensed medications and it hasn’t failed yet.

If fact I ruined a lecture on bladder colposuspension when I asked why they were doing that and not using deslorin.

Testosterone/laurabolin or norethisterone but as with suprelorin may induce oestrus when that close and other than suprelorin may not mimic a true spayed state
