Just writing a paper about vet research and my addled brain recalls they published something in 2014/5 showing a positive effect in OA dogs. It was funded by Lintbells but I remember some serious questions about methodology.

It does show, however, that the VS.org community is the place to go for somewhat esoteric questions

RE: Anyone remember the RVC Yumove study?

[quote userid="9515" url="~/f/clinical-questions/30982/anyone-remember-the-rvc-yumove-study/244955#244955"]They weren't allowed to publish.
Sarah Keir - that's really interesting. Strangely, it makes me less skeptical if anything. I mean, if they did a study, found a benefit, but were not allowed to share it because the authorities said that would give it a medical claim .. then .. well ... there may be a benefit, but they are not allowed to tell you!

RE: The RVC Yumove study

They weren't allowed to publish.
I remember it being promoted fairly widely at the time e.g.

And I think there was some stuff at BSAVA about it.

If it was never published I wonder why

RE: The RVC Yumove study

Think it must be this one: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0067/6164/4091/files/Scientific_Study_Summary_of_the_Effects_of_Unique_Joint_Supplement_on_Dogs_with_Joint_Stiffness_1.pdf?v=1681393520
