Thanks. Nobody over here offering that service which is why I was hoping someone had experience of the imiquimod. I’ll look into buying the light so maybe we can offer the service (NI).

I’ve referred a couple of cats to Cambridge for photodynamic therapy of nasal planum disease, as I remember one SCC and one with precancerous changes similar to yours. I think 5-FU was the photosensitiser from what I remember

I’ve never come across this so suspect it’s not used much. Cryo is a reasonable option, as is ‘nosectomy’. I’ve also suggested meloxicam for its anti carcinoma action
