Hard to tell for sure from the pictures, but the ones in the ears look like they could potentially be pappilomas?

Do histiocytomas appear simultaneously in such numbers, usually they are solitary?

More inclined to bites or some form of reaction?

Is the dog pruritic?

maybe topical meds, Isaderm, or short course preds if pruritic, and make sure up to date with anti-parasitics

INB excision of a whole lesion for biopsy. Not a fan of FNA's

Weimaraners get some funny immune mediated diseases so I would be concerned about puppy strangles

actually say I've seen them in a pup that young. And the plurality of them is unusual, especially with them being that acute. I suspect you'll more likely see inflammatory cells, but it'll be helpful to know which ones & are there organisms.

Honestly my first thought seeing the ear was it could be litter mate injuries & I hope it's not strangles. What's your suspicion?

Do puppies get histiocytomas so young and in these numbers?

Definitely worth a quick FNA to make sure. Histiocytomas are very distinctive looking so you can Dx in house!
