I remember Dx included minimum profile, BP, MRI but essentially the dog had episodes of head pressing &amp;amp; pain behaviour. Doesn&amp;#39;t match your case on presenting signs but the paper is out there somewhere if you&amp;#39;re interested. More likely to go blind with exercise or excitement. Otherwise well. Has been worked up by neurologists and ophthalmologists and is presumed to be a weird form of epilepsy (never has tonic-clonic seizure), better on phenobarb. Middle aged F(n) lurched.
