&lt;p&gt;I&amp;rsquo;m not convinced I&amp;rsquo;ve seen this but then again I don&amp;rsquo;t know how we&amp;rsquo;d ever know for sure in our patients?&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;Plenty of cases certainly have concurrent illness like musculoskeletal pain, pancreatitis, syringomyelia&amp;hellip; I often run specCPL in patients that seem sore even if they don&amp;rsquo;t have overt/typical signs of pancreatitis and in many it comes back high. Sorry I&amp;rsquo;m not much help otherwise!&lt;/p&gt;
