Equine vet has said she thinks it is cushings. Came in for a Acth stim today will update when I have the results.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ALKP and ALT were completely normal on bloods. &lt;p style="text-align:left;"&gt;Just wanting some advice wasn&amp;#39;t missing something obvious. Saw the dog back today, unfortunately no improvement in clinical signs on ACEi. Gave owner option of referral or pts as dog is really depressed, no quality of life. Owner has elected for pts.&lt;/p&gt;
