Ideas and suggestions sought

Hi everyone, hoping for some insight as I am not sure how best to next approach this case other than to offer referral for advanced imaging/ further investigation.
The case is a 5.5yr rescue cat been in owners possession approx 2yr. Mentioned has always

RE: Neuro case.
the toxo test is a good plan, hard to assess the other two without advanced imaging. consider starting clindamycin while you're waiting for results

RE: Neuro case. (50mg twice daily)

Folks tell me that OM in a cat is rarely cured by antibiotics alone, but I know I have cured it that way on occasions in the past.

Alternative would be popping ear drum and flushing through - I don't think this is totally benign though, hence I would likely try antibiotics first.

If showing more neuro signs, I'd give some steroids too (probably starting with colvasone injection). If signs barely perceptible, then I'd just start with the antib9iotics.

RE: Neuro case.
Tympanum appeared intact but opaque, whereas more translucent on other side.
If low budget could always burst ear drum and see what's in the middle ear. My best guess would me a middle ear infection. Depomedrone your other option for a trial
