Some workers use concurrent ketoconazole to reduce ciclosporin dosages, although this is off label and somewhat unpredicatble. I cannot see the value of cytopoint. Ciclosporine would be the treatment of choice, although I have had success with 1% tacrolimus. (0.03% is not effective in my ecperience).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
